The Shepherds Angels On Assignment Outreach is a local non-profit outreach program located in Houston, Texas. We are dedicated to providing help to the women and children who have been the victims of domestic violence.  TSAOAO also provides immediate help with linen and toiletries to women coming out of shelters.
